I may look into upgrading to a better performing/quality external drive it proves performance gains. I currently use a en external Passport Essential and my internal SSD, I would be very interested to hear other users' suggestions to this thread.

I could see this being a little troublesome say if one was browsing a through list of songs which could be contained on multiple volumes/drives. If i get another mybook take it apart and use the pc board from it to get my info off it.
For example as it pulls data for status or images for Album Art, is it grabbing data live from the storage drive, or from Traktor User directory: collection.nml, etc.
